MUSIC

I'm primarily interested in music as a language in itself and strive to find ways of communicating through written music and improvisation. I played upright bass for 13 years, and after a haitus from music switched to 5-string bass guitar in the 21st century. Main teachers: Gary Peacock (Seattle), Reggie Willis (AACM -Milwaukee/Chicago), Harold Miller (Milwaukee) and all of the great musicians I've played with along the way.
